Bonchurch Manor
This adorable early Victorian Manor house has been sitting quietly gazing out to sea from the village of Bonchurch for over 170 years. Then in July 2003 Shuba & Mark acquired the hotel & worked their own special magic and goodness, doesn't it show. Stunning bedrooms, all en-suite, many with sea views & sprawling lounges. What an incredibly friendly vibe the hotel has; it's cosmopolitan, elegant, chic and pleasingly quirky. Originally from Southern India, Shuba created The Tiffin Room specialising in cuisine from that region, and is recognised widely as producing the finest food of its type in Southern England. With an Indian option on the breakfast menu served on their immaculate lawns, how cool is that?
